Our story

It started in our own kitchen.

Fortune Fuel is the LaFortune family. Movement, meal prep, and trading soda and sugar for energizing teas and protein shakes. Together we lost 195 pounds in a single year. Those tools changed our lives, so we opened a place to share them.

We’re not selling a miracle. A shake is a tool. Paired with real work and a little accountability, it gets real results. And we’ll walk it with you. Wellness profiles, meal-prep recipes, workout routines, and someone in your corner. That part’s always free.
